20 Workouts in 20 days
This, my first challenge - to regain control of my fitness and health. I started this challenge before this blog, so although I would like to share a video about how the experience was at the time, I cannot.
What I can say is, i did it. My activities consisted of mainly treadmill walking and free weights training at my local Genesis Health Club, i did it every day, for 20 days and have continued to work out since - I feel heaps better because of it and feel that I have gained muscle - the scale does not show a significant loss, though I feel far fitter and healthier than before.
My diet for the 20 days was ok. I generally don't eat much bread and don't drink too much too often, try to eat "Paleo" style. Though I am human and succumb to the sugar cravings every so often. I generally skip breakfast and drink black coffee only.
I completed the challenge at it has become a good habit - so now i move onto the next one.
